MAPLEWOOD, NJ, April 13, 2010 – In observance of Mother’s Day Express Yourself Studios located at 1912 Springfield Avenue in Maplewood will offer two special opportunities for Moms to craft, create and celebrate motherhood.
Thursday, May 6 – Moms’ Night Out
Moms & Daughters join Express Yourself Studios for a special Mother’s Day Cocktails & Canvas Workshop. Bring your bottle of wine (or favorite beverage) and explore your creative side and have a night out with friends! No experience necessary...the main objective is to have fun! Artist Rosalia Verdun will take participants through an exercise in Acrylics. Thursday, May 6 7:00-9:00pm, $25 per person (adults only), supplies and light refreshments provided.
Special Mother’s Day gift for the first 10 registrants.
Saturday, May 8 – Mom & Me Arts & Crafts (ages 5+)
Celebrate Mother’s Day with your little one at Express Yourself Studios. Children (ages 5-12) will create a special project with Mom. All materials, plus treats provided. Saturday, May, 1:00pm – 3:00pm. Two-hours of studio time, $30 for Mom/child ($12 each additional child).
