ArT4ReAL Teen Workshop at Express Yourself Studios Next on Sept. 9 Join Us!

Express Yourself Studios located at 1912 Springfield Avenue in Maplewood, NJ offers a new teen art workshop called ArT4ReAL. ArT4ReAL takes place every 2nd Friday of the month from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Teens are invited to take part in a guided art project; enjoy music, pizza and beverages while they express themselves creatively on canvas.

Projects include painting, mixed media and graffiti art (a different art project each session). All materials, pizza & beverages included. The workshop fee is $20 per person.

This session we will paint an abstract landscape. No experience necessary...the main objective is to have fun! Everyone leaves with their very own finished piece of artwork! Pizza & Pottery Express Yourself Studios This Thursday, August 25...Join Us!

Join Express Yourself Studios located at 1912 Springfield Avenue in Maplewood, NJ every 4th Thursday of the month for Pizza & Pottery (6:00 pm – 8:00 pm) Children ages 5-12 will participate in a fun pottery project creating a functional piece of artwork. Hand building techniques such as slab, pinch, and sculpture will be covered. All supplies, pizza and beverages included. $20 per person. Reserve your space today.

Join Express Yourself Studios located at 1912 Springfield Avenue in Maplewood for a week, join us as we explore the art of Jean Michel Basquiat . The Summer Art program is open to children ages 5-12. Children will experiment with a variety of media in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will be encouraged to use their imagination freely as they learn about Master Artists. The Summer Workshop runs now – August 26.

Children will learn about the Artists through discussions, examples, and art-making. Projects will include painting, drawing, mixed media collage, sculpture, printmaking and paper mache. An exhibition and reception featuring students' artwork will be held at the conclusion of each week.
