Valentine’s Day Workshops & Events at Express Yourself Studios

MAPLEWOOD, NJ January 27, 2012– Express Yourself Studios, A Space to Create located at 1877 Springfield Avenue in Maplewood has two great events slated for the Valentine's Day Holiday. All are welcome to celebrate the holiday and participate in the studio’s annual workshops that include the following:

VALENTINE’S DAY ARTS & CRAFTS
FEBRUARY 11 – 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Children ages 2-10 are invited to celebrate and create a mixed media Valentine’s Day inspired painting utilizing acrylic paints, pastels and paper. Join us any time between 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. The workshop fee is $15, one hour of studio time and all materials and Valentine’s Day treats included.

COUPLES’ COCKTAILS & CANVAS
FEBRUARY 14 - 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Bring your bottle of wine (or favorite beverage), your sweetie and explore your creative side and have a great start to the St. Valentine's Holiday! Participate in a guided art project; no experience necessary...the main objective is to have fun! Everyone leaves with a finished masterpiece!! All materials and light refreshments provided. $25 per person (adults only).

Express Yourself Studios is an art studio and art gallery dedicated to being an outlet for children and adults to express themselves creatively via classes in arts and crafts. As well as a space where artist are welcome to display their work and create utilizing the studio’s space, tools and tables.
